What it takes to be a great brand ambassador

It is imperative that brand ambassadors know your product and brand history. If they get excited about it, the consumers will get excited about it. Simply reciting a script is not enough. A great brand ambassador needs to be outgoing, friendly, warm, and inviting, and they must love talking with people of all ages and backgrounds.  Having a natural sense of curiosity is always a good quality for a brand ambassador to have. It is about asking the right questions to help the customer understand their needs.
